Happy Cinco de Mayo!!!!!

Happy Cinco de Mayo, everyone!!!!! What is everyone doing to celebrate it??? I'm about to watch a Gabriel Iglesias DVD Marathon. He's one of my top three favorite comedians, which also includes Jeff Dunham & Christopher Titus.
Anyway, I've been trying to work on my stories lately because I am determined to finish the current one ASAP so I can focus on my adaptation of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. I'm currently trying to figure out the Morpher Activation Call and some character's like Blue's sister & niece. I want to have the first episode of that written by mid-July so I can give copies of it to some friends who ask for a copy when I see them in August. But I need to focus on the current story because I've been trying to work on it for over THREE years! I'm stuck on the wrestling attire of two female characters who are close to my character. One of them is his girlfriend. Then I gotta describe the match between the girlfriend & the champion. Once those are done, a speech by the girlfriend, mentioning of a couple matches, a brief description of the Main Event, post show, and something that happens the next day is all that's left. Then my Kyoryuger Adaptation!!!!!!!!!!
After attending a con with

last month, where we got to meet people we've wanted to meet for a long time like Ernie Hudson from Ghostbusters & two of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, I was discussing the Roll Call Stance of the Pink Ranger of my first original team with , who's the namesake & basis of that Ranger, when she suggested that we bring the character to life as a cosplay for her to wear at a future con. I thought it was a morphenomenal idea!!!!! Unfortunately, all we have is a rough sketch drawn by my dad about eleven years ago. We realized that we need someone who's also a Power Rangers fan to help finish designing her, the morpher, the team sidearm, and the other four main Rangers. This would also allow us to figure out how the personal weapons would look. If anyone can help, let us know.
After receiving something from a friend for Christmas last year, I got inspired to create a Facebook page for photos I take of cosplays at cons & of other things. I've all ready chosen a name and have a watermark for it. It's the name I've used on customized CD covers & greeting cards I've made for my friends. I'm gonna make the page soon. When I do, I'll post the link.
I'm anxiously counting down the days until my birthday next month. It's 29 days from now. I still don't know what I want to do to celebrate it with friends. I don't want to go to theme parks. I'm open to ideas.

I swear that there's no jokes in this.
I've been working a lot on my fanfics these days. Primarily my Samurai stories and Kyoryuger adaptation. I'm determined to finish this particular Samurai story, which looks to be the LONGEST story I've ever written, by the end of this month so I can give some friends each a copy. Namely, April & Foxx because they have characters in it. It has a lot of details because my character has an eidetic memory and I wanted to put a lot of detail in it. I just got passed the part where my character reveals his identity to his girlfriend, some friends of theirs & the entire WWE roster and proposed to his girlfriend after destroying the Nighlok.
With my Kyoryuger adaptation, I'm currently trying to think up bios on the main five Rangers and what clothes they often wear before I commence with working on the first episode. I'm determined to finish the first episode by mid July because I'm going to Otakon the following month and want to give some friends copies of it. My dad's gonna help me make a cover for it. Just need to design a series logo for it and think up the Morpher Activation Call. I will NOT use anything with "Dino" or "Charge" in it for obvious reasons.
I've also been trying to figure out stuff for my ToQger & Gaim adaptations and my first original Ultraman. I recently came up with two more possible kaiju for the Ultra to fight. One's reptilian and the other's botanical. Could use some more suggestions.
Later this month, I'm gonna be attending Awesome Con for the very first time and have the chance to meet some people I've dreamt of meeting most of my life. One of the Ghostbusters, the voice of one of the Ghostbusters from the cartoon, and two of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I want to get my picture taken with them. I have all ready I hope to at least take a picture of some of the other guests who'll be there like Billie Piper & Sean Astin, run into some friends, and get my picture taken with some famous cosplayers I follow on Facebook who'll also be there.

Explanation

Those who know me personally know about what I'm about to say. I can't draw to save my life!!! Though I inherited creativity from my dad who worked on a comic strip back in the 1980's. But I didn't inherit his ability to draw. I've tried drawing too many times to count. Nearly all of my drawings have turned out crappy. As a result, I've been asking people to help me draw things I thought up for my stories. Especially Kamen Riders. I'd ask my dad, but because he's not a fan of the things I am, I can't ask him. Though he did a rough sketch of the Pink Ranger of my first original team, who's based on & named after , and used to be a fan of Ultraman. One friend drew the Medulla & Ocean Knight pics in my album because I asked him and he understood my inability to draw. He's been busy with other projects. So that is why I've been trying to find fellow Tokusatsu fans who can draw to possibly help me make my ideas visuals.

Since my last entry, a lot has happened. So let's get started!!!
I went to Otakon this past July and had an unbelievable time!!! I spent most of it by myself because the friend I was with was in line for autographs most of the time. But I took a ton of photos. I even ran into several friends multiple times. Like 
, Teeny Foxx, Thubtan, 
, etc. I also made some new friends. Me & several friends ended up partaking in the biggest Power Rangers gathering in the country!!! It was truly morphenomenal!!! Definitely going next year!!! I also got some wicked Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I still got a lot of photos to upload from that weekend.

I still got a lot of photos to upload from that weekend.The day after I got back from Otakon, the Syfy Channel premiered "Heroes Of Cosplay" which followed several cosplayers like Yaya Han. I immediately became hooked and a fan of the cosplayers. It also finalized my fandom of cosplay completely. I will give a review on the season in the next video blog I'll shoot. Likewise my thoughts on Season 5 of Face Off.
The following month, & I attended the Baltimore Comic-Con. We saw a lot of cosplayers, some of which I've since befriended on Facebook, that we took pictures of. Including some I had encountered at Otakon a month before. Like Echo Endless & 
. In fact, Aaron & I decided to officially become friends after that since we'd run into each other multiple times at Otakon over the last few years. We also became friends with a Lady Loki who I had previously encountered & photographed at Otakon as well. I ended up getting some cool stuff like Yu-Gi-Oh cards & a couple of free shirts and even won a Green Goblin figure in a raffle. I found my friend Foxx while Bethany had joined a circle of people who were playing games. I took a picture of comic book artist Neal Adams for my dad, which I developed and gave it to him for his birthday, and saw Mark Waid, who I'd seen at my first Baltimore Comic-Con six years ago. Bethany & I stood in line to get an issue of Cryptozoic Man autographed by the stars of AMC's "Comic Book Men" who created it. Mike Zapcic remembered me from when I visited the Stash back in May. It's because I had picked his brain about Marvel Comics villains for my Kamen Rider Fourze Adaptation. He also joked that I gave him tuberculosis. I went to the Costume Contest to support a friend and she & her friends, who I'm also friends with, won the Group Costume Contest as the Exiles. They had a lot of awesome cosplays like some Lantern Corps members, Hulk Buster Iron Man, various DC Comics Heroes & Villains, etc. It made me want to partake in a contest next year. But in a Group one due to my stage fright. It ended with me getting my photo taken with Ivy Doomkitty who'd judged the Costume Contest. She was really nice! Unfortunately, because I was lugging stuff like my laptop & change of clothes in my book bag throughout Day One, I tweaked my shoulder and it took a while to stop hurting. But overall, I had an amazing time!!! Can't wait for next year!!!

Still have no clue on the enemies. The Ranks were determined by a color the people the Rangers are named after had on their cosplay when I took their picture. Including Echo & Aaron. came over last month to spend the weekend & celebrate 11 years of friendship. We went to GameStop to get our new Pokémon X & Y games and got some Yu-Gi-Oh Cards while we were at it. I let Melanie start her Pokémon games on my 3DS so she could download the special Torchic. We picked up Bethany from the metro before picking up Sarah from her house and the four of us went to the mall where we forced Bethany to be photographed & filmed in the Redskins store!!! It was hysterical. Eventually we left and took Sarah home. Bethany joined Melanie & I as we watched the Redskins game and we watched some TV. Though there were a few minor annoyances, we had a great time. Pictures will be uploaded ASAP.I attended the Shadow Specters Preview with Bethany and wound up pulling my 3200th Monster Card & 5000th Yu-Gi-Oh Card!!!!! We didn't win a game mat though. I did buy one of the other two Ice Barrier Dragons that I wanted and Bethany & I hung out at my house to celebrate the fifth anniversary of when we first met by chance at the same store where we attended the preview. We gave each other some cool stuff. Namely cards. We watched a Jeff Foxworthy DVD that Bethany brought before we watched one of my "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" DVDs. It was a fun weekend.
As I'm typing this, I'm in New Jersey to spend Thanksgiving with my dad's relatives. I will talk about what happened in my next video blog. But I'm still very much amped up. I better get to sleep.

I can't draw to save my life and as a result, I can't draw up the monsters & other things I think up for my stories. If anyone can draw, please comment on this. So far, I have two Nighlok for Power Rangers Samurai. The appearance of one of them is based on the Jatai, which is an animated cloth hanging from a folding screen, and is named Wrapper. Cloth-like tendrils extend from either behind or the top of his shoulders so he can drain the life force out of people. The other is based on the Nurikabe, like Skarf, and is named Brickface because of his face & his ability to trap people with brick walls. Not sure if the walls will come from the ground or fall out of the sky.
I also thought up two new Diskzords. A dark green Mantiszord that becomes a helmet, a pair of Kamas, which is made from the Mantis' claws, and a back piece for the Mantis Striker Megazord. The other is a gray Rhinozord that becomes a helmet, back piece, back leg supports & a pair of Kanabos, which is made from the back legs of the Rhino, for the Rhino Smasher Megazord.
I am still trying to find great, few stroke kanji for Snow & Lightning. I need help with that because I've been looking to no avail. I can't work on any Samurai fanfics after my prologue until they're found because it'll allow me to figure out the weapons & the last of the zords needed to be thought up.
